Refund policy
Refunds on training services are granted only if services are not rendered, on or after your first consultation phone call (not an in-person visit).
Once training has been billed for 4 training sessions, required per one-month block, trainings may only be rescheduled once (1x per date, only 1x per 4 week session) or are agreed as forfeited and non-refundable as paid by training client. Anna is not obligated or required to perform training sessions missed or forfeited due to client schedule.
Training schedule change requests for time or location must be in writing via email / contact 48 hours in advance, or are non-refundable. Please contact Anna to reschedule or for concerns about training costs, refunds, or fulfillment.
